Been another busy couple of weeks at Ivy House Farm. On the farm Darren is busy getting all the cow sheds and beds ready for the winter as it will soon be approaching and every cow needs a place to rest those udders! In the cream room Geoff is on designing a new butter churn, it appears the Ivy House Farm butters are becoming extremely popular and were struggling to keep up with the demand, but don't you worry if you want it... we'll provide it.

We are pleased to annouce the birth of 3 new calves this week! All our happy and healthy and living off a diet of warm cows milk, this diet will last for around 3 months then they'll be introduced to hay and grass so they can continue to grow big and strong and give lots of lovely Ivy House Farm milk. Also in the cream room Esther has been trying out new recipes for our Christmas Creams, it may be a while away but were already planning something special :)
